1. Who is behind S-cube Fashions & Jewellery? S-cube Fashions & Jewellery is a woman-led brand founded by Mrs. Sharmila in Chennai. Every piece is personally checked before it ships, and the brand is built on South Indian design traditions — temple, kemp, kundan, and antique gold finishes.
2. Is your jewellery real gold or silver? No. S-cube specialises in premium imitation (fashion) jewellery — beautifully finished pieces inspired by South Indian temple, kemp, kundan, and antique gold styles, made to look authentic without the cost of precious metals.
3. What occasions is S-cube jewellery suitable for? Festive wear, parties, and celebrations — from Onam, Diwali, and Pongal to family functions and everyday South Indian styling. Shop by the Festive, Party, or Celebrations occasion pages, or by collection (Antique, Kemp, Kundan, Temple, Budget Friendly, S-cube Luxe).
4. What products do you sell? Earrings, jhumkas, necklace sets, haram sets, bangles, and bracelets.
Orders & Payment
5. What payment methods do you accept? Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports major UPI apps and cards.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? No, COD is not currently available. All orders must be prepaid at checkout.
7. Is there a first-order discount? Yes — use coupon code SHINE10 for 10% off your first order (valid till 30 September 2026).
8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Orders can be cancelled or upgraded to a higher-value product within 2 hours of order confirmation, subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Once an order is handed over for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled. Made-to-order/festive customised pieces carry an additional cancellation charge of 50% of the product cost.
9. How do I know my order was placed successfully? You’ll receive an order confirmation with your Order ID via email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Shipping & Delivery
10. Do you ship across India? Yes, S-cube ships pan-India. International orders are not available through the website but can be arranged via WhatsApp or Instagram.
11. Is shipping free? Yes, shipping is free on orders above ₹1,499. Below that, shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and shown at checkout before payment.

Timelines are counted from the date of dispatch, not the order date, and may shift due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.
13. How long before my order is dispatched? Orders are handcrafted/packed and processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation and payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing the next working day. During festive seasons (Onam, Diwali, Pongal, New Year), processing may take slightly longer — you’ll be notified of any delays via WhatsApp.
14. How can I track my order? Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier link via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on the website.
15. What if my package is returned due to a wrong address or a missed delivery? We’ll reach out to reschedule delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
Returns, Refunds & Damage
16. What’s your return policy? Returns/replacements are accepted only for logistics/transit damage or a wrong product dispatched by us. Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, sizing issues on bangles/bracelets, the product not suiting you, courier delays, or an order arriving after your event date.
17. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or wrong? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email (info.scubefashions@gmail.com) with a full, unedited unboxing video filmed continuously from the moment the outer package is opened. Claims cannot be processed without this video.
18. What counts as “damage”? Genuine transit damage or a wrong item sent by us. The following are not treated as damage: minor stone/pearl loosening still inside the package (a replacement stone can be sent with your next order), small handcraft finishing marks, tangled chains/layers, flexible earring stems, and colour variation of 5–10% due to screen/lighting differences.
19. Do I get a cash refund? No. Approved refunds are issued only as store credit, valid for 1 month from the date of issue. Cash or UPI refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
20. How long does the return process take? We respond to reports within 2–7 business days. If approved, reverse pickup is arranged within 48 hours (subject to pincode serviceability); otherwise you’ll ship the item back within 48 hours via India Post or an agreed courier.
21. What if my package shows “delivered” but I never received it? This falls outside our accepted return criteria, but we’ll work with you and our courier partner to help resolve it — resolution timelines depend on the logistics partner. For a package the courier confirms as lost in transit, the maximum claim is ₹2,000 or the invoice value, whichever is lower.
Product & Sizing
22. The colour looks different from the website — is that normal? Products are photographed in natural daylight to be as accurate as possible, but stone and metal tones can vary 5–10% from screen images due to lighting, photography, and device calibration. For exact colour/quality confirmation before ordering — especially for made-to-order or festive pieces — message us on WhatsApp for live photos.
23. What if bangles or bracelets don’t fit? Sizing concerns on bangles, bracelets, and adjustable pieces are not covered under returns, so please check size details on the product page or confirm with us on WhatsApp before ordering.
24. Are “Budget Friendly” range products lower quality? They may carry minor finishing or aesthetic variations that don’t affect wearability — this is a natural feature of the category, not a defect, and is factored into the price.
